I bought 3 wall heaters off this company and it was out of California. They were advertised on TV. When I received them they didn't fit in my sockets so I returned them and emailed the company. They didn't answer me right away so I sent them to the address on the original package and filed a dispute with pay pal for $161. I had to pay to send them back which cost me $16. They were sent to a warehouse in montibello California. During the process of being delivered I get a message back from pay pal to send to China. I tried to intervene the package but the post office didn't intervene in time. I sent a certified letter to the warehouse manager asking for the package back or to send it on to the China address. I received no response from them and China won't return my money and pay pal is saying I have to pay because I sent to wrong place. I feel this is a scam because the post office in montibello told me they get packages sent back to that warehouse daily with other customer complaints.I didn't order these heaters from China so I feel this is a scam. Someone has the heaters and I have the proof I don't have them but they are still charging me.
