Employees exposed to COVID-19: 1. Employees go though screening process and even if they don't pass the questions, they are allowed to work: No quarantine for employees that has been traveling out of the country or been on a cruise. 2. Management was exposed to COVID-19, presented symptoms, came in to work and tested positive for COVID-19 afterwards. 3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is not enforced or properly used even if there is a positive case in the facility. No goggles are used.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
