I got this package that had this address label over a Chinese address label. "Monica 20 willow st normal, il" I looked up online and saw many saying this was a scam. I wanted to share that week's ago I had ordered through the Walmart app and this is the item I ordered. So, I'm not sure why they put that name and address label over it but it wasn't a scam. Wanted to share in case this helps.
