Mailing envelope was ripped at the bottom and was empty. After reading some of the comments here I assume this is some sort of scam. I will take it to my post office and leave it in
The small packing envelope I received sounds just like others described here. Empty and ripped at the bottom. It has three labels one on top of another and was sent from 3646 s Walcott Ave in Chicago.
