1. Employee have to use the top rung of the ladder to place a product on the top shelf. In addition, employees have to reach above their head to get the product on the shelf. Boxes can weigh up to 40lbs. 2. Storage racks are overloaded and could collapse. 3. Fire exits are blocked by pallets of products. 4. Employee have to climb on top of product to reach other products. 5. Employees are not wearing face coverings in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for enforcing the use of face masks.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 20
