1. In the last week alone at least 5 employees and/or their spouses have contracted Covid-19. An employee tested positive and management informed the employee to come to work. They then proceeded to have a six person meeting with this individual and other members of management, none of whom wore their masks, while seated at a table for 1-2 hours. 2. Employees who are cooks, hostess', and waitress' have all tested positive and they have done no deep cleaning of the restaurant nor shut down for any time frame to even do minimal cleaning. 3. Employees do not wear their proper PPE on a day to day basis. 4.
