1. Employer is not conducting COVID-19 health screenings prior to entering work. 2. Employer is not requiring face coverings (masks) to be worn in common areas. 3. Employer is not enforcing social distancing requirements. 4. Employees are not supplied with sufficient cleaning supplies to keep their workspace clean & disinfected. 5. Appropriate COVID-19 signs are not posted on the walls and social distance markers are not the floor. 6. Employee were informed on July 6th that a co-worker tested positive for COVID-19. Since then management and team leaders all left except for one. 7. When employees returned to work, they were provided with disposable masks but were not told that we must wear them. I found out today that masks are required to be worn. 8. Although we have empty desk between workers, some workers sit directly across from each other without any additional barriers/shields. 9. The lunchroom still has both lunch tables together with the same amount of chairs around. 10. I am not aware of the company developing and implementing a Covid-19 preparedness & response plan. 11. The newer section of the office have high cubicle walls around the desks, but the older Section does not. You can look up from the computer and see who is at their desk, this results inadequate social distancing. 12. No hot water is available on the grounds to ensure hand washing is effective. 13. Office space is not being cleaned or disinfected regularly. Many employees have reached out for corrections of these issues and nothing is being done. We are requested to continue to report to work with these conditions unfixed or face attendance penalties including termination, although they have sent some of their own Managers and family members that are employed at home to work remotely.
