1. The employer has not implemented appropriate measures for infection control.

OSHA in coordination with the Department of Health and Human Services has prepared Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19. It can be found here: www.osha.gov

2. The employer does not control vermin. For example, rats and mice run rampant throughout the warehouse floor and there are cockroaches in the cafeteria and food preparation areas.

3. The employer does not maintain adequate housekeeping. Restroom waste flows into food preparation areas.
