to dry their hands. 3366(e) Management does not wear face covering despite enforcing everyone else to wear it. 3205(7)(A) The eating area is dirty. 3362(a) Employees work from 7:00 am to 4 or 5:00 pm but are working longer hours. Complaint was told by Duty Officer that this is potentially a DLSE issue, which he understands but wanted to give this information in case we conduct an onsite inspection so that we could know the working hours. Note: Complaint said that the employee that contacted him has complaint about these issues to the employer. They gave the employer a chance to fix the issues before restoring to complaining to Cal/OSHA.
