I also ordered luggage two weeks ago and got the harmonica today. Luckily, I had disputed the charges last week with Chase and got my refund. Chase says they are investigating it.

Well I stupidly ordered a wicker chair, with metal stand and cover all in black. What I received was a multi color cheap cloth thing. No way to contact them. All goes to non operational website. Amazon clearance site it said. I tried to cancel right away… See more

Received 2 packages in the mail I did not order. One was a scarf from Illinois and it had horses on it. The 2nd package was a set of 10 toothbrushes and package written in Chinese. I ordered a couch and a dish drain and both never made it here! What's going on?
