info and told the Dr. to make sure the Surgery location accepted my insurance. I was told that they did in fact accept my insurance by the Doctor. I had the tooth removed and just received a letter stating that the surgery center is NOT in my network and that the claim is denied. They also examined me at wanted to charge me over 1000.00 for cleaning. I checked with Delta Dental Senior Care thru Promenance Insurance and they ARE NOT listed as a provider either. They told me that they were a provider! DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE, THEY DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH TO PATIENTS

Received scarf I did not order., Sparks, NV, USA

Received 2 packages in the mail I did not order. One was a scarf from Illinois and it had horses on it. The 2nd package was a set of 10 toothbrushes and package written in Chinese. I ordered a couch and a dish drain and both never made it here! What's going on?
