to do a full refund once it’s received or keep the item and they will only issue a 40% refund. They blame shipment handling for this error. The return address is 1F Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, China. I messaged the customer service team and said I would not be supplying my card details for the refund or the useless item (at my cost as if) and that I would be reporting it. The site I had the sales confirmation from was different to the one I ordered through so you would never know it’s a shell company til after the sale as you wouldn’t know what to look up to verify it. But the company I got the receipt from was Velrnte. I also received a tracking number to track the package. Since my email saying I was going to report them , I haven’t heard anything. Makes me angry that people like to take advantage of others.

I recieved a package in the mail that I did not order. It is a moissanite ring and upon reading information on this scam online I decided to report it. I scanned the qr code on the card before reading it was a scam so im not sure if they can steal my information.
