Ordered 3 items from (supposedly) Macys online in Facebook. Produts ordered March 2nd and payment posted to my bank account March 8th. Have no t received items plus cannot find get on the site to track items. Also, cannot locate a phone number. Please help stop this Scam!

I saw these car vacuums on Facebook and the demonstration showed them picking up grains of rice, sand ,and even showed that the suction was so strong that you could hold it up by suctioning the palm of you hand.
