The employer does not ensure that employees are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and replacement PPE when needed to protect themselves from COVID-19. The employer does not ensure that employees practice social distancing as recommended by the CDC. The employer does not ensure that the facility is cleaned and sanitized as recommended by the CDC after cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed.
