in my food, clothes, hair shampoos and conditioners, hand and body lotions and all over my apartment. This poisonous substance is making me sick. This substance causes a dehydration. Also, this poison causes metal to RUST. The evidence of this Rust is on the following: Bathroom door frame and all metal objects in the bathroom are RUSTED Recliner is RUSTED Bedframe is RUSTED Air Vents rusted It is colorless and odorless; however, the effects are server chest congestion, cough, eye and throat irritation. It dries the air which dries my body and my nasal area. It causes server headache and chest/head congestion. It also causes muscle pain and darkens my skin. Mismanagement at the Petersfield building, 301 East 21st Street, New York, NY, USA

Service elevator has been down for months, as is passenger elevator. There are elderly people who live in higher floors and they are stranded. Laundry room down for a year. This building pretends to be a luxury rental but it is terribly broken and mismanaged.

the basement themselves. Two problems with this, 1) it seems like a safety risk of spillage in the regular elevator, and also riding with other peoples trash 2) it is a bait and switch on building services. We did not pay/move into a building where we have to transport our garbage 10+ floors by hand. There are also elderly and less able people in the building now have to deal with this issue, that they had not signed up for when signing a lease. Poor management.
