I’ve reached out to the office of my establishment, they claim workers would be sent over immediately but nothing have been done for the past 6 months… sometimes it smells inside the apartment and the door is hanging off the hinges. YES!!! Call your City and County Health Departments! Clean your camera lens and re-take your video. It is difficult to view your video the way it is. Should you go to court it would make a better presentation, especially of the mold. Good Luck!

Around 5:20pm lost all power to my unit. Neighbor in same building reported the same. Neighbor in next unit over also reported outage

On 21 Sept we drove up to the Kirtland gate to enter Hanscom. My spouse needed to renew her dependent ID Card and was denied base access. We had to go enter the base at the Vandenberg gate to get her a base pass.(Strange Rule me being... See More a retired vet with a valid ID not being able to vouch for her). While at the Pass building my wife took a fall and injured her right arm and right leg causing a laceration and burses. No hand rail was present on the two steps at the pass office building. and the officers in the building only offered her a chair. She was bleeding from her arm so after receiving a pass I bandaged her from my first aid kit in our car.
Why wasn't there a hand rail at the steps and why was no first aid offered? See Less

i had texted my landlord on Tuesday June 14th, 2022 at 2:19 pm about my fridge not running properly. See More own a deep freezer. on Thursday June 16th at 2:31 pm I texted him again because the fridge stopped running all together and all my groceries that was in there went bad he called me and stated that every time he called about a new fridge they would tell him they didn't have any in stock. Then Saturday June 18th at 10:13 pm again i asked him about a fridge and to see if he had heard anything and he stated they was working on getting one .Tuesday June 21st at 3:13 pm he sent me a picture of a scheduled delivery picture for Thursday June 23rd with no time frame . June 23rd we had went to the pool at this time it was 130 and I received a phone call from him that the fridge was on the way and that i needed to be at the house. I told him i was not home that we was at the pool right now and he got upset and told me its my responsibility to be there and I need to pay a 40 dollar redelivery fee and that I was to be out of the house by August 1st at 12:01 am because he was tired of the confrontation. Me and my two children have been without a fridge now for a week and one day now and because I wasn't there when he wanted he's kicking me and my kids out of the house See Less
