I received a small package with a small bottle of detergent. The entire detergent bottle was written in Chinese. No English. I did not order this. It came US Postal Service ground. The origin address is Online sellers, 20 Willow St., Normal, IL 61761.

I did order the product on Facebook, but it’s nothing like the description with no packing slip with contact information. It’s clearly a cheap Chinese product. When I look up the address, a single family home pops up. I’m inclined to send it back with a nasty letter.

Item I ordered as advertised on FB under a different name and sited N.Y business. Item was delivered and nothing at all as picture showed. Shown as a sweater and is some cheap nylon material. No return information and tracking is all in Chinese. It’s a shame some people don’t have any morals.
