371 Little Falls Road, Cedar Grove, 07009 New Jersey, United States

2 pair reading glasses with strength +3.50 I did not order, sent by US Postal Service!! Has a QR code that I don't trust to use on each pair package and Chinese writing under strength. Apparently, it looks like this address is being used for multiple products in scams. Can USPS block these somehow?
