Ordered 16 items over 2 months ago, they said it had been delivered which it hasn't. They then wanted $15 to resend it. I contacted DHL with tracking number, they had no trace of my parcel. Now She I are saying all my items are out of stock. This is a scam company. See Less

They put adverts on FaceBook ie shoes supposed to be Skechers, they arrive at a cost of postage to you (£4.99) if in UK and shipped from this warehouse in UK, the goods are cheap and smell of strong glue, not able to use them. Try to... See More return them and they tell you to ship back to China at a cost to you of around £12+ they offer you to keep the goods and give you 20% refund, goods cost £19.99 therefore get around £4 back. No, I ordered 2 harnesses for my dog. When They arrived, I found that they were very poor quality indeed. The seller advertises that refunds are quick and easy, and provide an e-mail address. When you email asking for a refund, you get no response. See Less

My partner had exact same items delivered in 2 x separate parcels but had ordered something of the internet that he never received but was refunded for. Sadly he can't remember what that was or company.

I have just received a GRA ring but couldn’t think of the order that could’ve triggered it . But seeing this I realise I ordered stuff from the cath kidston sale and it hasn’t arrived.

I have had the same problem, ordered from fake Cath Kidston, received a ring. I cancelled my card and reported it to my bank. Not sure what else I can do.

This happened to my 75 year old Mum ,a ring was delivered from GRA that she didn't order. I told her to let her Bank know and they cancelled her card and sent a new one. She doesn't recall ordering anything on line that didn't arrive so not sure how this scam works or what the scammers gain from it but it's very unsettling.
