Alleged Hazard: - The Barriers between customers and staff are not sufficient to ensure 6 feet distancing - Employees desks are to close together not allowing for 6 feet distancing - The employer has not provided any training on COVID-19 safety precautions - The employer only provided
a total of eight disposable masks for the full crew since the start of the pandemic - The employer does not provide enough or the right kind of sanitizing spray - The employer has not limited the use of conference rooms and breaks rooms to meet social distancing requirements - There has been no change in the use of (i.e. sanitizing) shared equipment to ensure employee safety
