1) On/or about August 20, 2020 an employee showing COVID-19 symptoms was allowed to enter the workplace after the worker informed management. The worker left work on August 21, 2020 and the test results were positive. Management did inform the workers of the positive test of the
co-worker. At least six workers were in direct contact with the employee. (2) Employees are not practicing social distancing.
