The establishment has experienced a COVID-19 outbreak, however the employer is not practicing safety guidelines. The employer is not sanitizing or cleaning after shifts and is not practicing social distancing.

There have been confirmed COVID-19 cases, however the employer is operating at full capacity, not practicing social distancing or requiring mask to be worn. Employees which have been diagnosed with COVID-19 have been allowed to return to work sooner than advised.
