1. During the week of November 29, 2020, there were two positive cases of COVID-19 in the facility. On December 7, 2020, there were three more positive cases of the virus. To date, there have been 11-12 positive cases and several employees are currently being tested. There is concern that proper precautions are not being done to minimize the spread of the virus. 2. During the week of November 29, 2020, a crew came to the facility for cleaning. A material was sprayed while employees were working, which caused several employees to experience headaches and coughing. 3.
