I order something that cost 9.95 from them the next thing I know they had charge me an extra 149.95 for something else. I have been trying to get my money back since April 27, 2024. I have been getting the running around.

Received an item that was not as advertised and there are no instructions for return there are several complaints about this item and company. Received the item which is very cheap and does not work as advertised.

The “air purifier” I purchased is definitely not what was advertised when I purchased the item! The price was 2-4 times more than advertised on other sites and it is no where close to being capable of doing what it claimed online.
