I order something that cost 9.95 from them the next thing I know they had charge me an extra 149.95 for something else. I have been trying to get my money back since April 27, 2024. I have been getting the running around.These people are scammers. They are taking people under fake pretenses. They listed under Perfect Plant location at 8202 Santa Monica Ave in Florida and Palyful Kidzz. This is number supposedly be customer service 844-680-9218. They keep saying I should receive my refund by 7-10 days. The website they is shoptowindeals. com
