This happened yesterday at 224 Union St Lynn Massachusetts It's called mill city insurance. 08/25 /2022 I opened a policy with them for a corporation but when it came to making the payment they didn't give me any documents they told me they were going to send
me the policy by mail. And I was calling them to ask for a certificate but they didn't want to do it and they just kept me waiting on the phone for a long time and then they hung up on me. Until yesterday I decided to come but they took me out of the premises and told me that she was not going to attend to me because her job was to do nails and she would come another day and that she would not attend. Today I'm here and someone else is supposedly going to help me... but she called me in a room alone and she told me that they never want me here again and she's going to give me my documents but I'm still waiting
