The supervisors were advised on 12/8/20 by an employee, whom complainant had worked beside for the previous months, that his significant other was sick and had been diagnosed with covid 19. The employer then advised said worker that,,," if you want to keep working and getting paid

then keep the diagnosis to yourself". Complainant was present during this conversation. Being that complainant was already exhibiting signs of sickness complainant opted the next day to be tested for covid-19 at my local health care facility. As complainant was already sick the 15 min test could not be used with complainant and my test was sent to other labs for results and complainant was advised to self- quarantine during my wait, which was three days and one extra day due to the local facilities' staff. Upon receiving my results, which were negative, thankfully, complainant was released with all the proper paper work in hand and rained that following night to work. During these days complainant continually messaged my supervisors second in command as well as my supervisor. After my return complainant was called to the office at which time complainant presented both supervisors with my paperwork and was told that complainant was still being fired for missing work! My last day of work was 12/12/20. Complainant has since filled for unemployment and was denied, complainant has signed up for other assistance and complainant has lost everything that complainant had including the ability to care for my children who are now living with my elderly mother because complainant is homeless!!!!
