Covid positive clients not staying in proper quarantine. Employer is allowing new clients in without testing for covid prior to coming in and not enforcing new clients to wear a mask. Employer is not making new clients go through a proper quarantine period once admitted.

Thought I was ordering clothes from JCPenney. Waited over one month and got a notice that it was delivered, but nothing has ever been received. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card. Whileer is offering 60% refund. That is also a scam as noted online when you look up JCP USA&CA
