There are several employees and clients who have tested positive for Covid and proper reporting and quarantine guidelines are not being instituted. Masks are not being worn by everyone. A Covid test is not being administered to intakes ensure they are not going to be an exposure risk to everyone else. There is continuing to be a lot of movement in and out of the facility with intakes, discharges, and staff coming and going. This is continuing to get worse and worse and it is believed that the company is not taking employees health and safety seriously. Most of the staff is currently out sick right now with either Covid symptoms or confirmed positive Covid tests. Therefore another concern is the staff that are present are unable to render adequate care for the clients because they are operating with such a less amount of staff than what is needed.

Thought I was ordering clothes from JCPenney. Waited over one month and got a notice that it was delivered, but nothing has ever been received. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card. Whileer is offering 60% refund. That is also a scam as noted online when you look up JCP USA&CA

I purchased 10 Blouses for $24.99 plus shipping on May 3rd and was Scammed Lied to by this Fraudulent Company! I never received them. Lied they are shipped from the USA on Facebook advertisement yet they told me they come from China! I have Not received My Refund ☹️
