Employer says to quarantine all new admits for ten days but it not following this protocol. Clients are not required to wear masks. Instead of discharging clients with positive covid tests or symptomatic clients the employer is now attempting to quarantine them either in their rooms or send them down to the transitional living apartments. They have quarantined these positive or symptomatic clients sometimes in with clients who are not positive or symptomatic. Clients allowed to smoke, walk around the building and use a shared bathroom. Employees were placed back into non quarantined clients without changing PPE. Employer is not reporting the positive cases to the local health department in that area. Instead the positive cases are being routed to the county where the clients previously lived before coming into treatment for 30 days. Several employees have attempted to inform these findings to the house administration, corporate HR and local health department. Employer now has two buildings with numerous positive covid cases for clients and positive staff cases that are out ill.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-30
