Found approximately 10 lbs of steak and chicken empanadas @ 45. 7f-47. 1f must keep all tcs foods @ 41f or less at all times. Pic discarded denatured foods during inspection. Pic estimates cost to be $40. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
