Employers shall ensure face coverings are clean and undamaged. Face shields are not a replacement for face coverings, although they may be worn together for additional protection. 2. The employer did not develop and implement a screening process to respond to employees with COVID-19 symptoms. Ref T8CCR3205(c)(2)(B) T8CCR 3205(c)(2)(B) (c) Written COVID-19 Prevention Program.
