I was going to dine there since they have a lovely outdoor seating area with little fountain, colorful tablecloths, umbrellas, but as I watched, one short-haired blonde server was using her face mask as a chin strap the whole time she was serving food to the tables.
The other server was masked up fine, but who can trust a restaurant that even on the surface doesn't at least make an attempt at looking like they are complying with safe Covid-19 guidelines? I went to the other restaurant in the shopping center instead where the server was always masked. Today I walked by again and same server at PLBI was chin-strapping it, endangering all the people dining there and ready to listen to the live music.
