Jammed aisles in the shoe section. No one following the 6ft guidelines and no one enforcing it.
Manager and everyone working there were not wearing masks on April 10, 2021. My mother, age 60, simply asked the waiter if rules had changed regarding masks, he promptly gets the manager who proceeded to abruptly clear our table of the food and drink we had not... yet finished. We had plans to go to the Museum next door so we decided to pay early, moments before this occurring. As they were hauling our food away, my mother exclaimed that she wasn’t paying for the meals since we were just a few bites in. The manager proceeded to shout back at her that he already has her card, and he will charge what he pleases. He quickly came back with a few male employees with him who then proceeded to threaten to physically kick us out, after he threatened to call the cops. We were just so baffled and trying to process what was happening because the situation escalated quickly from such a benign question. We left with him shouting that the state and the governor couldn’t do anything about his lack of compliance because it was his “constitutional right” to not wear a mask, and the same of his employees.
My mother, trying to clear the air, calls the restaurant back a couple of hours later because she felt so bad about the situation. Well, the same manager answers and recognizes her voice. He proceeded to rant about being an American and started using obscene language. We had no choice but to hang up and file the proper complaints.
A person using the hamilton buses who has Covid 19, Wentworth Street South & King St E, Hamilton, ON, Canada
6 months ago
There is a person who knows that they have Covid 19 as they have been tested and has made this public to others in the area where he lives. There are approximately 5 to 6 people living with HIM in the same house and they all have... Covid as they have all been tested and although this individual knows that he has the Covid 19 disease he still goes out during the STAY AT HOME ORDER and he goes to work daily using the Hamilto Public Transit. He was observed getting on a City bus this morning Saturday April 10, 2021 at the corner of Wentworth Street and King street east at approximately 6:45 am. The Bus number was #1434 which is a double length bus. This person is described as being approximately late 50's to mid 60's in age. He was coughing into his hands with no gloves on and then got on the city bus and was grabbing the vertical bars and seats. This person has made it public that although he has Covid 19 he still goes to work daily a that his boss knows he has Covid but allows him to still come to work. This person knows that there is a STAY AT HOME LOCKDOWN ORDER and DOES NOT CARE AT ALL for the safety OF OTHERS HE IS COMING IN CONTACT IH. his is a very serious situation and it is obvious that this person has spread his Covid 19 disease to several others while he is out in public. This needs to be dealt with immediately.
No Social Distancing at vaccine center., LOUIS S. VIVERITO SENIOR CENTER, Leamington Avenue, Burbank, Stickney Township, IL, USA

Stickney Township Covid 19 vaccine waiting line was about 14 people for the same appointment time. Not enough room for 14 people to be spaced 6 feet apart. People were close and talking to each other possible spreading virus.
Regarding employees safety, increasing covid positive cases., Amazon Fulfillment Centre YYZ4, Heritage Road, Brampton, ON, Canada

There is a sudden increment in covid cases which is not safe for the employees.
Employer does not enforce the use of masks at work site. Employees sharing vehicles, not socially distanced. Employees are still going into people's houses and working, despite potential Covid exposures from other workers.
The employer is not following the CDC recommendations for isolation of exposure when they have a positive case. An employee tested positive that lives in a group setting that other employees also live and they were told they could return after 5 days with a negative test.... I am uncertain if the other employees that were exposed to him were notified that they were exposed to a positive case. The 5 day quartine is useless when symptoms may not appear until days 7-9. It was told to the employees that he had a mild case, at the time of his positive test that is not a safe assumption to make with COVID. Production vs. Employee health is the question at hand. Ultimately by risking exposure to your employees you are risking exposure to millions. The medical staff at Claxton is apparently not well educated in COVID exposure, spread, and attempting to prevent the spread through infection control policies.

My husband plays pool (billards) and his team played there. Not only did they not enforce the state mandate, but he was ridiculed for wearing his.

I was going to dine there since they have a lovely outdoor seating area with little fountain, colorful tablecloths, umbrellas, but as I watched, one short-haired blonde server was using her face mask as a chin strap the whole time she was serving food to the tables.... The other server was masked up fine, but who can trust a restaurant that even on the surface doesn't at least make an attempt at looking like they are complying with safe Covid-19 guidelines? I went to the other restaurant in the shopping center instead where the server was always masked. Today I walked by again and same server at PLBI was chin-strapping it, endangering all the people dining there and ready to listen to the live music.
We have a mask ordinance in order statewide and none of the employees and barely any of the customers were wearing masks.
