My mother, age 60, simply asked the waiter if rules had changed regarding masks, he promptly gets the manager who proceeded to abruptly clear our table of the food and drink we had not yet finished. As they were hauling our food away, my mother exclaimed that she wasn’t paying for the meals since we were just a few bites in. The manager proceeded to shout back at her that he already has her card, and he will charge what he pleases. He quickly came back with a few male employees with him who then proceeded to threaten to physically kick us out, after he threatened to call the cops. We were just so baffled and trying to process what was happening because the situation escalated quickly from such a benign question. We left with him shouting that the state and the governor couldn’t do anything about his lack of compliance because it was his “constitutional right” to not wear a mask, and the same of his employees.
My mother, trying to clear the air, calls the restaurant back a couple of hours later because she felt so bad about the situation. Well, the same manager answers and recognizes her voice. He proceeded to rant about being an American and started using obscene language. We had no choice but to hang up and file the proper complaints. See Less”

“There is a person who knows that they have Covid 19 as they have been tested and has made this public to others in the area where he lives. There are approximately 5 to 6 people living with HIM in the same house and they all have Covid as they have all been tested and although this individual knows... See Morethat he has the Covid 19 disease he still goes out during the STAY AT HOME ORDER and he goes to work daily using the Hamilto Public Transit. He was observed getting on a City bus this morning Saturday April 10, 2021 at the corner of Wentworth Street and King street east at approximately 6:45 am. The Bus number was #1434 which is a double length bus. This person is described as being approximately late 50's to mid 60's in age. He was coughing into his hands with no gloves on and then got on the city bus and was grabbing the vertical bars and seats. This person has made it public that although he has Covid 19 he still goes to work daily a that his boss knows he has Covid but allows him to still come to work. This person knows that there is a STAY AT HOME LOCKDOWN ORDER and DOES NOT CARE AT ALL for the safety OF OTHERS HE IS COMING IN CONTACT IH. his is a very serious situation and it is obvious that this person has spread his Covid 19 disease to several others while he is out in public. It was told to the employees that he had a mild case, at the time of his positive test that is not a safe assumption to make with COVID. Production vs. Employee health is the question at hand. Ultimately by risking exposure to your employees you are risking exposure to millions. See MorePoint, NJ is expanding the previously announced voluntary recall of two pet food products to now include all pet food and bones in all package sizes. During an FDA inspection, samples collected tested positive for Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes and resulted in a recall due to the potential health risks to humans and pets. Bravo Packing, Inc. is expanding the recall due to potential cross contamination.
No human or animal illnesses related to the identified products have been reported to date. Bravo Packing Inc. generally works with distributors that fill orders to retail stores and to consumers directly nationwide. Consumers with any of the affected products should handle them with caution, discard products in a secure container, and wash hands and surfaces properly. Consumers with questions should contact Bravo Packing, Inc. at 856-299-1044 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, EST). Recalled Products:

Salmonella can cause illness in pets eating the products, as well as people who handle contaminated pet food products, especially if they have not thoroughly washed their hands after having contact with the products, infected pets, or any surfaces exposed to these products. People infected with Salmonella should monitor themselves for some or all of the following symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or bloody diarrhea, abdominal cramping, and fever. Rarely, Salmonella can result in more serious ailments, including arterial infections, endocarditis (an infection of the heart muscle), arthritis, muscle pain, eye irritation, and urinary tract symptoms. People who have these symptoms after having contact with the products identified in this recall or with a pet that has eaten these products should contact their healthcare providers.
A pet with a Salmonella infection may be lethargic and have diarrhea or bloody diarrhea, fever, and vomiting. Some pets will have decreased appetite, fever, and abdominal pain. If your pet has consumed the recalled products and has these symptoms, please contact your veterinarian. Pets exposed to contaminated food can be infected without showing symptoms. Infected pets, including those without symptoms, can also shed Salmonella through their feces and saliva, spreading pathogens into the home environment and to humans and other animals nearby.
Listeria monocytogenes is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, Listeria monocytogenes infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

See Mores listed in the table below of Durisan Antimicrobial Hand Sanitizer, Non-Alcohol products in various sizes listed. The products are being recalled due to microbial contamination. Specifically, out of specification results for bacterial count for Burkholderia cepacia complex and Ralstonia pickettii. The issue was discovered during a routine audit focused on production scale-up during the height of the pandemic.

The product was packaged in sizes ranging from 18mL credit cards, to bottles sized in 118, 236, 300 and 550 mL and 1000mL wall mounted dispenser refills. Pictures are available in the attached related file.
Use of a hand sanitizer contaminated with Burkholderia cepacia complex and Ralstonia pickettii, can range from no reaction to serious infections in a person with a hand wound or scrapes because the bacteria could enter the bloodstream, especially in patients with compromised immune systems. Health care professionals who use this contaminated hand sanitizer and tend to an at-risk patient, such as one with cystic fibrosis, could lead to adverse events ranging from a localized infection to lung or bloodstream infections, which could require patient hospitalization.
The product is intended to be applied topically to help reduce bacteria on the skin that could cause diseases when soap and water are not available. The product can be identified by examples of the product labels below. The product was manufactured from Feb. 1, 2020 until June 30, 2020, and distributed to selected retailers nationwide in the United States.
Durisan has provided written notification to its distributors and retailers and is alerting customers via this voluntary recall. Consumers that have the product which is being recalled are advised to destroy it immediately.

“After I have my astrazeneca vaccine I had a bad pain in my arm for 4 days but that was not the worst part, I believe the astrazeneca triggered a bad episode of eczema as my skin was fine before the vaccine but shortly after the vaccine my skin started to flair up really badly and I’ve had to go on A... Eczema is caused by an overactive immune response, I believe the astrazeneca triggered a strong immune response and in doing so triggered a outbreak of raw, bleeding skin which became infected and couldn’t Be treated with over the counter creams. I’ve been in severe pain with it for three weeks. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence but I didn’t have any signs of eczema before hand and I was eczema free for over a year. See Less”

See Moree lot of Telmisartan Tablets, USP, 20 mg, packaged in 30-count bottles, Lot No. 1905005661 to the consumer level. The product is being recalled due to a market complaint received which stated that one bottle labelled as 30-count Telmisartan Tablets, USP, 20 mg incorrectly contained 30 tablets of Telmisartan Tablets, USP, 40mg.
Risk Statement: Patients who could be on a doubled dose of telmisartan for a prolonged period of time, could experience low blood pressure, worsening of kidney function, or an elevation of potassium which can be life-threatening. To date, Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall. The product is used for the treatment of hypertension i.e. to lower blood pressure and is packaged in a bottle of 30 tablets having NDC Number 62332-087-30.
The affected lot of Telmisartan Tablets, USP, 20 mg is the lot number 1905005661 and the lot expires in March 2022. The wrong product can be identified by checking the shape and embossing details on the tablets i.e. Telmisartan Tablets, USP, 20 mg bottles may incorrectly contain oval shaped White to off-white tablets debossed with L203 on one side instead of correct product i.e. round shaped White to off-white tablets debossed with L 202 on one side. Telmisartan Tablets, USP, 20mg, Lot No. 1905005661 was distributed Nationwide in the USA to wholesalers, retailers, and pharmacies.
Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited is notifying its distributors and retailers through letter and is arranging for return of the recalled lot. Consumers that may have Telmisartan Tablets, USP, 20 mg which is being recalled should not discontinue use until speaking with their pharmacist or healthcare professional for a replacement before returning to place of purchase.
