Went to take our 4 day old baby in for bilirubin testing. We were given a STAT order and told by the pediatrician that we would be taken back immediately when we arrive and wouldn’t have to wait. When we arrived the waiting room was completely full.… See more

Patients in waiting room without mask. Receptionists seem not to care. Did not ask patient to wear a mask or offer one. Most Dr. offices should have masks available so not sure why the patient was allowed to be maskless in the waiting room.

All receptionists not wearing masks. Have reported twice to Gilbert 311 with no change. This is an OBGYN office. Masks should be worn at ALL times. Patients are required to wear masks yet receptionists are above the rules.

There was a large group of protestors yesterday in downtown Gilbert. Most of the people (Probably 95%) were not wearing masks or fave coverings (although it is mandated in the county).
