The employer does not have a COVID-19 Response Plan to prevent the spread in the workplace. Employees are required to social distance among one another, although there is not enough space to feasibly do this in the plant and on various lines of production. The employer is
not sanitizing the workplace daily to prevent the spread of COVID-19. There are two bathrooms available with a few stalls for 200 employees and this does not meet the OSHA requirements. More than 50 employees have been infected by the virus and the employer has not implemented any controls to prevent the spread of COVID.
