I placed 7 orders in November for Christmas gifts, I didn't receive any of them, I didn't have any response and the page was closed. Absurd, the tracking number information as delivered, but I didn't receive it and I have nowhere to ask for a refund.

I ordered from sportdirect.com. I have emailed xpay@goshopping.com I could email and message them a few weeks ago now I can't do any of this.also they are saying that my goods have been delivered I am still waiting for the parcel.now I cannot get intouch with them
