I placed 7 orders in November for Christmas gifts, I didn't receive any of them, I didn't have any response and the page was closed. Absurd, the tracking number information as delivered, but I didn't receive it and I have nowhere to ask for a refund.

Scammers. Same here. Reporting to bank to get refund
Easy to provide false tracking pages of any description. They all do it and MUST be stopped by the various platforms Google facebook etc. They do not do enough to protect the consumer. I lost £700 British pounds with fake fashion companies!
