I ordered two items to help melt the snow on your car at the beginning on December. Email for an update to be told it was with local post office and to use the tracking number provided. Tracking number wasn't recognised and when I emailed them again I found out they had blocked me

I have received, instead of a smart evening top that I ordered, a rather large shapeless top. These people should be arrested and their tat seized. There is not a number to contact them. I am so angry with myself. I was ordering from Light in the Box and I end up with this rubbish!
