Items never received northface goods so disgusting what these companies get away with

I have order items for Xmas which never came have contacted the xpay@goshopping. They said it will take a month now that I see it’s scam I want a full refund and they were selling northface items illegally I want these companies closed. And the consumer rights will also be notified
