I received a pair of earmuffs instead of the ladders I ordered. Obviously this company PFT Distribution, Heathrow is a front for a bunch of con-men, sending out cheap shit rather than the goods ordered. meanwhile the money has gone, and I can't even see where. I'm in Paignton, UK.

I ordered Christmas outdoor lights for my garden yesterday a small package came which contained a cheap pair of earmuffs. Never used this company before thought it was safe but looks like a scam have send item back and requested a refund. I'm in Wales, UK.

I got a white pair of ear muffs not happy at all that theses people can get away with these things. Had a delivery from these people and i ordered anything from them it’s definitely not a pair of ear muffs

that it had been despatched on 2 Jan and to be patient! I then tracked it to Milton Keynes, then Sheffield and finally to Staveley GPO Chesterfield UK. My dog patiently waiting for her cosy dog bed when a scarf was delivered! It had exactly the same number on as I had for the dog bed! Scammed a second time at the age of 80 years on Pension!
