Received earmuffs which I did not order. My original order has not been received.
I have ordered a couple of items which I am waiting for but instead I have received this parcel which contains a pair of earmuffs which I did not order. I have seen from your site that lots of other people have had the same, even down to receiving the same item. Please advise what & hiw I go about resolving this. I attach pictures of the package & contents.

I presume I can contact my bank to try to recover the money for the missing item?
01/25 update: I've been told by my bank that I have to contact the company , try to return the item but I can't even find a working phone number for PFT Logistics at Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre in Slough. Any suggestions please?
