I ordered this item on the 25th December. Paid by Debit Card £42.90. I haven’t received what I ordered but received a pair of ear muffs which I hadn’t ordered. I contacted PFT Logistics Slough who tell me the package wasn’t sent by them and they too... See More are investigating the problem as I am not the only one.

I ordered a Smart Household Appliance with 20 features late last month from Uplivi.
The package arrived earlier this week from PFT Logistics but it wasn't what I ordered. It was a pair of black furry earmuffs.

I received a pair of earmuffs instead of the ladders I ordered. Obviously this company PFT Distribution, Heathrow is a front for a bunch of con-men, sending out cheap shit rather than the goods ordered. meanwhile the money has gone, and I can't even see where. I'm in Paignton, UK. See Less
