The employer has not implemented good hygiene and infection control practices including social distancing, temperature checks, frequent and thorough hand washing, provide mask, gloves, maintain housekeeping like routine cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and equipment for the employees.

(1) An employee was tested for Covid-19, but it was not a rapid test. The District Manager was informed of this but basically said the employee would be fired if they did not show up for work the following day, and blatantly stated that she didn't care... about their Covid test. So there's no telling how many times the District Manager has said something similar and caused many people to be exposed, only adding to increasing cases during this pandemic.
