Through the website, I paid a fee of €0.99 via Apple Pay for a trial, and then without my knowledge, a sum of €69.99 was charged to my card as some kind of subscription, which I did not authorize or want. I contacted customer support, both through the chatbot and by email, but once again, it was a bot, not a real agent. They refuse to refund the money and also do not want to connect me with a real agent who could assess my request, as every customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product or service. I don’t know how to proceed further.
