I ordered a pair of orthopedics slippers (the brand was Reliefoot, but they use multiple pseudonyms under which they do business). The shoes were advertised in the NY Times and purported to be "made in the USA". Well, the shoes ended-up coming from China, which is by itself deceptive. More importantly though, the shoes bore no labels whatsoever of either place of origin (where they were made) or listing of materials use in their fabrication, which is illegal. To top it off, the shoes were of the wrong size. When I complained, the response I received after several emails and sending them picture establishing that I had received the shoes and that they were of the wrong size was absolutely stunning and read as follows:"Our product is very cost-effective and you deserve it. You can give it as a gift to your family or friends who can fit this product, I think they will like it very much."
That's one way of dealing with complaints. If you don't like it, give it to someone who might....
They are clearly dishonest in both their advertising and in how they handle defective product. Stay away. I definitely will.
