Ordered two pairs of shoes from these people, following their size chart and checking against all other companies size charts inc for a pair of shoes I had just purchased prior. This company automatically charges an additional unapproved $1.00 fee labeling it as “guarantee delivery fee”. They have a 15day delivery deadline. They got to me exactly on the 15th day. However while the sole of the shoes might measure correctly by their size chart the upper shoe is not the same size. I have sent multiple emails to this camping including pictures of the difference in shoe lengths as well as of my foot not fitting inside the shoes. I’ve asked for a refund and return information. They have responded ONE time offering me a 10% refund (on my $74) and told me to give the shoes to someone who can wear them while also telling me not to return the shoes without acquiring the return address from them. I’ve received ZERO other communication.
