I ordered a laser engraving machine and recieved a dollar store scarf. I’ve been requesting a refund, but all I get is the run around . Kindly send back the scarf and we will refund you. I know the feeling I also order stuff from them and end up getting a from Monica when I order something different furniture and they would not give me my money back keeps it in my request then please hold on we’re trying to send you your order is going on three months these people on the website are nothing but scam I learned my lesson

Cancel the bank card you charged it on, they are getting your bank info to use later on, trust me my bank informed me after this same thing happen, but know that you can't be refunded if you do close your card, but you won't be anyway take. the loss and don't give them your new bank info just to get a refund that's what they want.
