After many emails and being asked to send scarf back and pay €15.99 for postage, I got in touch with my bank and they refunded me. Shortly afterwards, Chomara also refunded the full amount after pressure from my bank. See Less

Ordered two safes/clocks at a good deal. Waited 3 weeks and reached out to ask to cancel the order and get a refund. Miraculously a shipping label was created that day and they could not issue the refund. Couple weeks later a cheap pair of sunglasses were... See More received. I emailed and complained, they want me to send the sunglasses back and to send along copies of the label and tracking info. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will see what they have to say while I work on figuring out the costs to ship it back. See Less

When I googled the address a multitude of links to other scams came up linked to that address. .Lesson: NEVER NEVER BUY FROM FACEBOOK OR TWITTER ADS.
