the China address is a scam you will not get a refund, they ask you to send back the stupid little earmuffs or scarfs. and want you to pay shipping and then they will offer you a refund for what you purchased but never received and tell you that they are holding back the shipping cost and will refund the difference, WHAT there was no shipping cost because nothing was ever shipped, it's all a scam, there needs to be A class action lawsuit. brought against these Jerks, this is how they make their living. cancel any accounts that you have put out there this is what they want so they can use your info later on,
Cancel the bank card you charged it on, they are getting your bank info to use later on, trust me my bank informed me after this same thing happen, but know that you can't be refunded if you do close your card, but you won't be anyway take.
the loss and don't give them your new bank info just to get a refund that's what they want.
